What we do
Quiet luxury, room by room.
Vacant staging
Full furnishing of empty listings from our own curated inventory — living, dining, bedrooms, art, and the details that make buyers linger. Designed by Dany, photo-ready in a day.
Install in days, not weeks
We hold multiple complete inventories and our own crews, so we can usually install within the week — and de-stage within days of close, never holding up an escrow. When your photographer is booked, we make the deadline.
Love it? It stays.
Every piece in a staged home is available for purchase. Buyers who fall for the sofa can keep the sofa — furniture, art, and styling can convey with the home, delivery already done.
How it works
Four steps. Zero heavy lifting.
Walkthrough
A visit to the property and a clear, all-inclusive quote within 24 hours.
Design
Furnishings selected for the home's light, architecture, and buyer.
Install
Our crew delivers and places everything — typically one day, photo-ready.
Sold
When the home closes, we remove every piece. Seamlessly.
Where we work
Local by design.
We stage exclusively on the Monterey Peninsula, which means we know its buyers, its light, and its homes, and we're minutes away when an agent needs us.

About
“A staged home isn't decorated. It's directed. Every room points a buyer toward yes.”

Dany’s passion for real estate and design began through renovating and furnishing properties with her husband, Jeff, a Monterey Peninsula realtor. What started as a love for creating beautiful, inviting spaces grew into a passion for staging. Today, Dany offers her staging and decorating services throughout the Central Coast.
